On arrival at the clinic

Each time that you arrive at the Clinic, please come to the reception desk and notify the receptionist. Please tell the receptionist your name and which Doctor you are seeing. This is a busy Clinic, so by personally coming up to the reception desk, there is no chance of you being overlooked and your file not being pulled. When your name is called, please take your file to the appropriate treatment room and place it in the file box outside the treatment room door. Please also bring your file back to the reception desk after completion of treatment. We would appreciate it if you would close the door of the treatment room when you enter, and leave the door open as you leave.

Patient-doctor agreements

The purpose of these agreements is to allow us to more completely serve you and to get the best results in the shortest amount of time. It is our experience that those patients who adhere to these agreements get the best results.

Workcover and Motor Vehicle Accident Claims

If you sustain an injury at work, or as a result of a motor vehicle accident, you are entitled to your choice of practitioner, including a Chiropractor. Please advise our staff if you are in this category so that the necessary forms can be completed.

Missing or changing appointments

We have set up a specific course of treatments for you in order for us to get the results we both desire. Thus if you have to change the time of your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible and please make up the missed appointment as soon as possible.

Payment of accounts

We expect you to honour the financial agreements you make with our Clinic. If you find that you cannot fulfil the agreement you have made with us, advise our receptionist immediately so that new arrangements can be made. This Clinic runs on a cash/cheque/credit card basis only, as this saves money and is reflected in our fee schedule. You may pay for treatment in advance if you wish by making just one cheque, but we do not bill.
